Case Manager Youth Services

Family and Children’s Service of Greater Lynn seeks a full-time team member to provide case management, advocacy, mentoring and support services on behalf of high-risk youth (14-24 years old) who are at risk for gang involvement and involved in the juvenile and adult justice system.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with experience working with high-risk youth, and knowledge of relevant social support agencies and programs. In place of degree, the candidate will have greater than 5 years experience working with the service population. Candidate should speak English and Spanish; fully bilingual/bicultural preferred. Ability to travel locally and occasionally provide transportation is also required.
