Position: Full-time Bilingual Clinician – Family Alliance Program
Reports to: Family Alliance Program Director
Family & Children’s Service (F&CS) has been serving residents of Lynn and surrounding communities since 1885. F&CS is a multiservice community nonprofit organization that strengthens the life skills of families, children, and individuals of all ages. We offer access to a full range of services that help participants develop skills to build stable, productive, and healthy lives. Our programs address specific needs, offering proven and professionally managed services in multiple languages through center-based and in-home settings. With offices in Lynn and Chelsea, F&CS offers home-based and group parent leadership training, support groups, youth development services, community health education, case management, support and stabilization services, advocacy for court-involved youth, and emergency financial assistance.
Salary: $58,000 a year with a $2,500 sign on bonus

Family Alliance is a Family Stabilization Team which consists of licensed clinicians and case managers who work with families that are currently involved with the Department of Children and Families. The team works in collaboration with individuals and their families in their homes and communities to stabilize, strengthen, and build relationships with community providers, family, peers, and school. Our clinician and case manager conduct home visits up to three times a week to provide the tools for families to stabilize and work towards their goals and treatment plans.
We provide LISW supervision as well as training to obtain CEU's.
The ideal candidate is an energetic team player that is motivated to work collaboratively with community partners, families, and individuals to meet their personal and DCF action plan goals.
