The Family Financial Stability Program (FFS) is a Special Fund Program of the United Way, administered locally by Family & Children’s Service of Greater Lynn, Inc.  The fund helps provide for emergency assistance to families and individuals living in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus and Swampscott.  

FFS is a “last resort," and is not an entitlement program.  In order to qualify, all other private resource and government funded aid must have been utilized and completely exhausted.

Due to the high number of calls we are NOT taking voicemail messages.

Our FFS Intake Worker is available to take calls  

Monday through Friday
1:30 pm to 5:00pm

These are the only hours during which you may apply.

You must speak to a FFS Intake Worker to apply to the program.

Please note that the FFS telephone line will indicate when funds are available.
